NeuroLunch & Learn #2: hybrid event about RNAseq
For this 2nd edtion, Valérie DELAGUE (Research Director,MMG) Catherine AUBERT (Operational manager, GBiM), and Khulganaa BUYANNEMEKH (PhD student, IBDM) will talk about RNAseq: an overview and some technical examples.
Via zoom and around a buffet for more exchanges and conviviality.

Isabelle Dautriche receives the CNRS bronze medal
Congratulations to Isabelle Dautriche for receiving the CNRS Bronze Medal for her work in the field of "Language development".
This distinction rewards the first works of researchers who are specialists in their field. It represents an encouragement from the CNRS to pursue research that is already well underway and fruitful.
NeuroSchool Seminar by Takuji Iwasato
Takuji IWASATO will be our guest on May 22, at the INMED, Luminy for a seminar on « Activity-dependent circuit maturation in the neonatal brain: Studies using the mouse barrel cortex. »
Takuji Iwasato is a professor in the National Institute of Genetics (NIG), in Japan.

Success for international PhD calls
The international PhD call is launched once a year via all the global networks in neuroscience. Thanks to the dynamics of the Institute and its graduate school NeuroSchool, the call was a great success with more than 80 applications from 25 different countries. The work of the scientific jury will be considerable to award the 4 grants to the best candidates.
