Master's students receive distinction through the TIGER program
The TIGER program, financed by AMU and the A*Midex foundation, has made it possible to reward certain master's students, among those who have obtained the best results, with a distinction and by allowing them to participate in a summer school or an national or international conference.
Thanks to TIGER funding, the Master of Neuroscience was able to award a cum laude distinction to certain M1 and M2 students whose average grades were in the top 10% of the cohort. These students prepared an application justifying their choice of a summer school or a conference in which they wished to participate. The selection was then based on the relevance of this choice in light of the student’s background and professional project. After analysis of the applications, four students were rewarded by a financing of 1500 € per student for their participation (registration + mission expenses) in an upcoming summer school or a scientific conference of international scope:
- Sarah Bonnet (M2), 8th International Conference on Human Interaction & Emerging Technologies, Nice, France,
- Jeanne-Laure de Peretti (M1), Chemical Sciences in Biological Challenges, Kuopio Finland,
- Andréa Paysserand (M2), Cell Symposia: The Biology of Neuropsychiatric Disorders, Sitges, Spain,
- Jessica Trico (M2), 21-25 July 2022, Glia in Health & Disease, Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, NY, USA.
