- Data acquisition with widefield, confocal or light-sheet microscope.
- Data analysis including custom macro design for imageJ/FiJi ; Imaris 10.1.1 based large data set processing : 3D 4D visualization, AI analysis, stitching and animation.
The facility is open to academic teams and privates companies.
