The successful candidate will closely interact with the patients undergoing visual restoration treatments, design and perform behavioral (psychophysics) experiments to probe the visual percepts of the patients, and will be involved in neuroimaging (fMRI, EEG, MEG) experiments of both the patients and normally sighted participants. In the project, the candidate will also have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with advanced 7T fMRI techniques.
The project is lead by Minye Zhan, in tight collaboration with Stanislas Dehaene, Ghislaine Dehaene-Lambertz, and other researchers at NeuroSpin, Jose Sahel, Serge Picaud and other scientists at the Vision Institute, and Laurent Cohen at ICM in Paris.
The full-time postdoc position is funded for 3 years, expected to start in early 2022.

• Desire to help patients with vision loss.
• Expertise in fMRI, EEG, or MEG would be a plus.
