Analysis of EEG data acquired on young infants, to analyse with signal processing tools the coupling between cortical (auditory cortex) and subcortical (inferior colliculus) neural dynamics.

Desired profile

Master's 2 student in neuroscience, cognitive sciences, computer science or related field
Strong motivation to work in cognitive neuroscience of speech perception
Skills in programming (Python, MATLAB) and signal processing
Knowledge in neuroscience and cognitive psychology
Ability to work independently and in a team, communicate, and seek help when needed
Proficiency in written and oral communication in English

Host institution

The internship will take place at the Institute of Systems Neuroscience (INS) of Aix-Marseille University, a stimulating research environment that addresses cutting-edge questions with interdisciplinary colleagues and collaborators, both local and international.
