Practicals : « Surgery to implant a spinal glass window on mouse »

June 13th and 15th 2017, 14h at CERIMED

Given the increasing importance of intravital two-photon microscopy and non linear optical imaging techniques to optically monitor neuronal activity or to address the dynamics of cellular events in the pathological spinal cord tissue (trauma, multiple sclerosis, ischemia…), this session will include a 4h commented demonstration detailing the key concepts of the methodology and will be followed by a supervised 4h hands-on training on actual research equipment. This session is open to 3 students only to ensure efficient tutoring. To participate to this special training, please register on Ametice.
